86% of marketers have increased leads using video, 81% have increased sales*. 

For this weeks Ungated Assets, we’re looking at a pair of interesting video marketing statistics.  The first deals with lead generation and the second addresses new sales as a result of including video in your marketing efforts.

I’m a little surprised that lead generation (or at least the sentiment around lead generation) is only marginally improved by the use of video.  The big takeaway here is to use video on your bottom funnel assets.

As you can see in the below chart, marketers who have increased lead flow with video is up a modest 5% from 2019.

The more striking statistic, though, is that since 2016, 17% more marketers have increased sales using video assets.
